How do I clean my BÉIS bag?
Most of our bags can be spot cleaned with a damp cloth and mild soap. For our hardside rollers, we recommend using a magic eraser to remove scuff marks and maintain that signature shine.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 45-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that a $10 shipping and handling fee will be deducted from your refund total.
Do your carry-ons fit in the overhead bin?
Our standard Carry-On Roller is designed to fit in the overhead bins of most major domestic and international airlines. However, we always recommend checking with your specific carrier for their latest size requirements.
When will my order ship?
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to follow your journey.
Do you offer a warranty on luggage?
Yes! Our rollers come with a Limited Lifetime Warranty that covers manufacturing defects in wheels, handles, and zippers to ensure your travels are always smooth.
Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed?
Because we work quickly to get your gear on the road, we have a very short window for changes. Please contact our support team within 30 minutes of placement, and we will do our best to assist.
