Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your BÉIS gear, but if it's not the perfect travel companion, we offer a 45-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that a small shipping and handling fee will be deducted from your refund for all returns.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Choose Refund or Exchange

  Select whether you would like to receive a refund to your original payment method, store credit, or exchange the item for a different color or size.

• 3.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is submitted, we will generate a prepaid shipping label for you to print and attach to your original BÉIS box or mailer.

• 4.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; once our warehouse receives and inspects the item, your refund will be processed within 10-14 business days.
